IDBI Mutual fund has been established as a Trust under the Indian Trust Act, 1882, sponsored by IDBI Bank with a limited Liability of Rs. 10 Lakhs. IDBI MF Trustee Company Limited was incorporated on 25th January, 2010 under the Companies Act, 1956. Sponsored by IDBI Bank, IDBI Asset Management Limited was incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 on 25th January 2010. The Trustee Company has appointed IDBI Asset Management Limited to manage the Mutual Fund
