NatureLarge Cap Fund - An open-ended equity scheme predominantly investing in large cap stocks.
Investment Objective The Investment objective of the Scheme is to provide investors with the opportunities for long-term capital appreciation by investing predominantly in Equity and Equity related Instruments of Large Cap companies. However there can be no assurance that the investment objective under the Scheme will be realized.

Taxon Dividend

As per Tax Slab of the Investors

For Resident Individual / HUF/DomesticCompanies - 10% TDS (plus applicable surcharge and cess) on dividend incomeexceeding Rs.5000.

Capital Gains

  • Long Term Capital Gain(LTCG) (units heldfor more than 12 months)
  • Short Term Capital Gain (STCG) (units held for less than 12 months)

10% (plus applicable surcharge and cess) on LTCG, in excess of Rs. 1 Lakh in a financial year . No indexation benefit is available on computation  of such LTCG

15% (plus applicable surcharge and cess)


Unit holders of the Scheme will be charged securities transaction tax (STT) at applicable rate on value of redemption of units.

Plans & Options
The Scheme offers following plans for investment :-
  • Regular Plan
  • Direct Plan
Within each Plan there are two Options:
  1. Dividend Option
  2. Growth Option
The Dividend option under both Plans offers the following modes of dividend:
  • Payout
  • Re-investment
  • Sweep
Minimum Investment Rs. 5000 and in multiples of Re. 1 thereafter.
Additional Purchase Rs.1000 and in multiples of Re. 1 thereafter.
Systematic Investment Plan (SIP)
Monthly option -
Rs. 500 and in multiples of Re. 1/- thereafter per month, for atleast 12 months or
Rs. 1000 and in multiples of Re. 1/- thereafter per month, for a minimum period of 6 months.
Quarterly option -
Rs. 1500 and in multiples of Re. 1/- per quarter thereafterfor a minimum period of 4 quarters.

Investments above the minimum amount mentioned, shall be made in multiples of Re. 1 for all SIP irrespective of frequency of SIP or the Option.
