Shri.Trilok Sharma is currently working as Executive Director (ED) in IDBI Bank Ltd. Shri Sharma has been working with IDBI Bank for more than 25 years and has rich experience in various facets of banking viz., Retail Banking, Centralized Operations including operational matters pertaining to Cash management and Government Business, Corporate Strategy and Planning, Branch Operations & Support, Third Party products, Digital banking as well as Infrastructure Management.

Shri Sharma has worked in various capacities across India viz., Branch head, Cluster Head, regional head & Zonal head prior to his elevation as ED in the Bank. Shri Sharma has experience of working with Bank of India prior to joining IDBI Bank Limited.

Shri. Biranchi Narayan Nayak has over three & half decades of rich professional experience in various fields of Financial Industry, during which, he has served in senior management roles in IFCI Ltd. across a wide spectrum of business functions like strategy, risk management, credit, restructuring, resource management, disinvestment, treasury operations, corporate accounts and taxation, before being superannuated as Executive Director. During his tenure with IFCI, he also served as Chief Financial Officer for six years. He was also Managing Director of IFCI Venture Capital Funds Ltd. and had served as director on the boards of various subsidiaries and assisted corporates of IFCI including Stock Holding Corporation of India Ltd., IFCI Factors Ltd., Assets Care & Reconstruction Enterprise Ltd., Tourism Finance Corporation of India Ltd., Raichur Power Corporation Ltd., Gujarat State Energy Generation Ltd. Prior to joining IFCI, he had worked in Orissa State Financial Corporation, a state level financial institution, where he had made specific contributions in form of development of various polices and manuals, systematising the accounting & financing processes, apart from regular functions like accounting, taxation, resource management, appraisal and restructuring. Currently he is Practicing Chartered Accountant by Profession.

Shri. Sanjiv Kumar Sachdev hasmore than 36 years of experience in Banking and more than 25 years ofexperience in Project Evaluation and financing, Financial Restructuring, Resolution of Stress Accounts, Debt Syndication, Infrastructure projects, relationshipmanagement and networking, Business Development, Legal and contractualdocumentation and Business planning.  He wasassociated with IDBI Bank for 36 years and retired as Chief General Manager. Priorto joining IDBI, he had worked in Oriental Bank of Commerce. Currently he isproviding advisory services and also is acting as a Non-Executive Director of Affluence Advisory Pvt Ltd.

Shri. Anil Dhawan has about 21 years of experience in various fields of financial services viz, NPA Management, Risk Management, Corporate Banking, Project Appraisal, Retail Banking. Immediately prior to joining IDBI Asset Management Limited, Mr Dhawan was in IDBI Bank Ltd.

Shri.Manjunath Rai has overall 22 years work experience. Shri Rai has been working at IDBI Asset Management Ltd for last one year and handling scheme operations and fund accounting. Shri Rai worked for 21 years with Principal Asset Management Pvt. Ltd as Manager and handled various profiles including cash flow bank management, redemption, dividend, subscription and other mutual fund activities.

Ms. Sonali Jain has almost two years of experience as a management trainee in secretarial work with Reliance group companies prior to completing her CS in April 2024. She is associated with IDBI Asset Management Limited since May 2024.

Shri Iswar Padhan is serving as Executive Director in charge of MCG, Trade Finance, CMS & GBG (Sales)  function of IDBI Bank. Previously as ED–PSG handled business segments relating to Agriculture, MSME and Financial Inclusion and in charge of Zones in the southern states and two Zones in the Eastern states.
Prior to this, Shri Padhan was MD & CEO of IDBI Capital Markets &Securities Limited (IDBI Capital) - a subsidiary of the Bank - for two years on deputation from the Bank. IDBI Capital is into the business of investment banking, broking and fund management services.
Shri Padhan has over two and half decades of experience in the banking covering the domains of Corporate Banking, Retail Banking, Investment Banking, Treasury, Trade Finance, Risk Management and Budget & Finance and has handled various leadership roles as MD & CEO, Treasury Head, Regional Head, Department Heads and implemented several project of critical importance.
Shri Padhan has served as Board Member/Management Committee Member in market representative bodies like FIMMDA, FEDAI, PDAI and FAI and senior management committees in the Bank.

Shri Sunit Vasant Joshi is also a Nominee Director on the Board of Annapurna Finance Private Limited, nominated by Asian Development Bank (Investor). He is currently working as an Adjunct (part-time) Faculty at Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development (SCMHRD), Pune, teaching Finance subjects to students pursuing the MBA course. A career banker, he superannuated from State Bank of India in December 2015 as Chief General Manager at the Banks Corporate Office in Mumbai. He was also appointed as a Member (Independent Trustee) on the Board of Trustees of Canara Robeco Mutual Fund from 20th February, 2017 till 05th March, 2022.

Shri Shivan Jenamejayan K was the MD and CEO at Dhanlaxmi Bank, Thrissur, Kerala till June 2024. He was also the senior advisor at ERNST & YOUNG LLP advising on IBC, Restructuring, Fund Raising of corporates where E&Y had taken advisory assignments. He was also associated with State Bank of India, Mumbai, as the Chief General Manager heading different stressed sectors accounts under power, telecom, EPC, Airlines, Trading, jewellery etc. till 2020 and before that he was serving as the General Manager, Head of Corporate Banking- large corporates in private and public sector including Adani Group, Torrent, Nirma, GSPC, Gujarat Gas etc. at State Bank of India, Gujrat, till 2017.

Shri Manjunath Ganapati Pandit was the General Manager at Canara Bank heading Manipal Circle till May 2024. Earlier from 2020-2023, he was heading General Administration Wing of the Bank at Canara Bank Head Office, Bengaluru. While in Financial Management & Subsidiaries Wing HO, he was responsible for overseeing all subsidiaries and Associates of the Bank including Canara Robeco Mutual Fund and attended their Board and Trustee meetings.
